What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Defective shirts can be returned if we are notified within 30 days. We need a photograph of the defect sent to bellandoakoutfitters@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Are any purchases final sale?
Since we print the shirt after it is ordered, we are unable to refund any orders if the shirt has already been printed. If you email us soon enough we can cancel the order and refund your money.
When will I get my order?
Typically within 8-10 business days. One of the downsides of not being a massive company is not having as much control over our fulfillment times from American DTG printing companies. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please email us at bellandoakoutfitters@gmail.com.
Where are your products printed?
Our products are printed in North Carolina (and sometimes California). We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Ususally between $5-$15 depending on the quantity of items and distance.
